Nice place with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a bar area. The staff first helped me plan my evening, which I still remember fondly. Highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

I appreciated the room with access to the executive lounge, the bed was incredible. A microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator were available. The location was central, historic very close to Old Town.

perfect (best possible) location in Dubrovnik, just next to old city (Stradun); very kind and professional staff; good selection of food for breakfast; huge room and huge bathroom, nicely equipped; nicely mantained; very luxury; if you are visiting Dubrovnik for 1-2 days, to do sightseeing and enjoy the local atmosphere, this is definitelly the best place to stay in!
price of hotel is a little bit to high, however it is great hotel; indeed an early check in shall be allowed and was not possible in our case, there must be some room free before 2pm; coffee could be better;

Location, location- it's all about proximity to the Old town. The rooms are good, the concierge is rude and the indoor pool isn't spectacular. All in all it's plesant!
Very rude concierge- didn't give us any helpful tips. I also can't believe you charge for parking and the spa is tacky

Everything were just astonishing. Hotel is very close (about 2 minutes walk) to old town as well as to bus stop where all lines pass from there. Very strategic location. Excellent air conditioning since I stayed mid July with 38 Degrees outside. Very spacous rooms. The staff was very helpful at every situation. There was a tiny problem initially with the room because they gave me a double room by mistake and I had asked for a twin room and they apologised for their mistake and gave me a new room.

Excellent location and good service particularly at the executive cub.
I hate the fact that we had to pay for internet connection at a Hilton hotel when we did not have to pay at smaller hotels. Also, we were charge an exorbitant rate for laundry services!! Will never use these services again. It is obvious that the hotel is being opportunistic in doing this.

It was a very convenient position for exploring the city but could do with better lounge facilities - quite expensive and certainly not 5 star quality

Think that this brilliant hotel is beyond compare, truly enjoyed it. The venue is spotless and reasonably large, views are decent, the location is super just off Dubrovnik and indeed Split and Old Town's restaurants. The atmosphere of the property is warm. The room is fashionable and new-fashioned, the staff are pleasant people on reception desk.

Can't recommend highly enough for a weekend outing
Cute room, great amenities, including a pleasant spa area and a well-laid-out king room with high-quality toiletries. Easy access to sightseeing with the hotel just 25 km from major attractions.
All was perfect.
